This is an incredible slab of mushroom jasper, it has vivid red, snowy white, soft gray all in a rich green background. The slab is huge, it measures 8 x 6 3/4 x 1/4 inches at its widest points, there are a few little vugs that can be seen in the dry images, the lines look to be healed fractures. The slab is very solid and takes a nice shine. The cabochon shown is a Graphic simulation for a cab from this slab.
