Problem Resolution

This is one of those evil necessities we hope to never use. As sellers there are many things we can do to avoid the need for this service. However, as a responsible auction site we are prepared.

When a seller or buyer registers you will be agreeing to binding arbitration by Dragonsaye Auction Administration. Each party has a vested interest in the site and subsequently due the same respect and fair treatment. If a situation arises that the seller and the buyer cannot resolve through regular means, then at either party's request, Admin will initiate a hearing. Both parties will be notified and each will have an opportunity to discuss their view. The ad or auction in question will be looked at, to include the emails of both parties. Each of us must be realistic in our expectations!

How can I be a better seller/buyer?

1) Sellers should post as much information as possible. Include fractures, vugs
and crystal pockets.

2) Explain your shipping policies; maybe you only ship one day a week or you live so

far from the shipping service, you only ship once every two weeks.

3) Pictures are cheap; include both wet and dry photos of both sides.

4) Understand that everyone’s camera may not be professional grade or the individual

may not be the best photographer.

5) Each monitor's color adjustment is different, try to be as accurate as possible with

your description.

6) Lighting plays a big part in how a photograph turns out: incandescent has a yellow

tint while using fluorescent lighting can cause an array of different colors from

greens to blues including reds. However, sunlight is the best lighting to use

whenever possible.

7) Know what you are buying, if in doubt ask questions or for additional pictures.

8) Pay on Time, Ship on Time.

9) Charge real shipping charges. I have seen some outrageous shipping charges

and most buyers will recognize when they are being gouged Try and put yourself

in the customer’s shoes.

10) Give fair and reasonable feedback when paid. With this auction site no negative

feedback will be posted without verification, please notify admin. As a buyer if

you have a problem and cannot resolve it with the seller please contact the admin

for help. After mediation and both parties are satisfied feedback should be of the

nature, a problem occurred and was settled, with a positive rating. Only in the case

of uncompromising sellers or buyers will the negative feedback be allowed.

Remember treat everyone as you wish to be treated. We all forget from time to time, we all have to much going on at times, and there isn't enough time to do it all.
